Campbell Creek at Pioneer Village

Our Story

A Place Built for Getting Away

Pioneer Village, Maggie Valley, NC

Welcome to Pioneer Village

A resort built on quiet.

Pioneer Village is a 14-cabin resort tucked along Campbell Creek in Maggie Valley, North Carolina — right in the heart of the Great Smoky Mountains. The property has been welcoming guests for years, and under new ownership, we're focused on making every stay better than the last.

The cabins are rustic by design. Stone fireplaces, wooden porches, full kitchens, and the kind of quiet that city life doesn't offer. You can hear the creek from most of them. Some mornings you'll see deer. Some evenings the mountain fog rolls in low and everything gets still.

We think that's exactly the point.

Whether you're booking one cabin for a couple's getaway, four cabins for a family reunion, or the entire village for a corporate retreat, we're here to make it easy. Reach out with any questions — we know the area well and we're happy to help you plan.
